Return Eligibility
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be in original packaging
- Be free from damage, stains, perfume, or alterations
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

- Washed garments
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale products (unless damaged)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds usually take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
If the return is due to our mistake, we will arrange or reimburse return shipping where applicable. Otherwise, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
